For Moore, signing his National Letter of Intent brought an end to a long process, but he knew this day was possible. “Basically from day one my head coach (DeLawn Parrish) told me to work and play hard and I could play at a premier school one day. I knew if took everything into consideration and played hard good things would come. Once I got the offer, a weight was lifted off my shoulders because I knew I was going to play at the BCS level. All of it was even better when I signed.”
Although his playing future is set, the work has not stopped. “I have been working out after school every day. Working hard to try and compete for the starting fullback job. “
Moore also said he has been in regular contact with the Maryland coaching staff, especially Coach Franklin and Coach Steinberg.
Rahsaan will enroll this fall at College Park. He is currently undecided on his major, but is looking into the engineering field.
