Former Terps In NBA Action

Former Maryland stars Steve Francis and Terence Morris were in action against the Grizzles.

As the NBA pre-season got underway this week some old Maryland stars stepped up and played very well. Rockets guard Steve Francis scored 30 points in the opener against the Memphis Grizzlies, 106-98. Terence Morris scored 17 in 21 minutes shooting 7-12 from the field and 2-5 from 3-pt range.

Juan Dixon will be in action for the Wizards this Thursday night at the MCI Center in Washington, DC against Philadelphia at 7pm. All the local Maryland fans should get out there and support Juan and the Washington Wizards. Tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster or at the MCI Center Box Office.
