New York Lineman Shopping

Brooklyn (N.Y.) prospect Rashaad Coward is beginning to narrow down his options. Here's what he had to say…

With the off season in full swing, Brooklyn (N.Y.) lineman Rashaad Coward is working to prepare himself for the next level.

"Just putting on weight and getting more physical," he said of his off-season work thus far.

On the recruiting side of things, Coward has interest from Maryland, Buffalo, Stony Brook, Boston College, Albany and Massachusetts.

"Everything is working out but everyone is mostly waiting on my SAT's to come through," he said. "Maryland was my favorite at one point and I talk with the coaching staff all the time, mostly about school stuff."

What about any other program standing out?

"Buffalo is home," he added. "My family could see me play and it's a good spot."

Coward also added he will take visits to Connecticut, Boston College, Albany and Massachusetts this month. Recommended Stories
