Tony Logan to try out for Jets

The New York Jets are set to audition former University of Maryland kick returner Tony Logan, according to a league source with knowledge of the situation. Logan is scheduled to work out for the AFC East club on Tuesday. Logan excelled as a kick returner in the Atlantic Coast Conference and is known for his speed.

He has previously worked out for the St. Louis Rams.

Meanwhile, the Jets signed outside linebacker D.J. Bryant to their practice squad today.
